We judge when to best avoid flash photography, but always use it when appropriate or essential such as during awards presentations.

Silent shooting (no shutter noise) is another approach that we provide at events requiring it.

Helpful Hint: If providing a brief, please organise it in a timeline to avoid confusion and missing any items out. Long briefs, lots of paperwork end up as a tunnel vision tick list and easily slow the photographer down, stifling creativity. Photographers need the freedom to explore, look around and see what's actually happening. The briefer any brief the better for you!
