1 - How can I book your photography services?
To book our photography services or check availability, visit our Contact Page and send us a message. We'll promptly reply to discuss your assignment and confirm availability. After knowing your needs we'll provide a quick quote.
2 - What are your photography service rates?
Our photography service rates are standardised and found here, but some may need to be customised for your specific assignment needs. We charge by the assignment time and the service requirements. Our rates include a professional photographer, equipment, professional editing, secure image delivery through our online image download platform, insurance and expenses involved with your assignment.

3 - When can I expect my photos after the event?
We offer a quick turnaround time and can provide a selection of highlights during the event for immediate sharing on your social media.
For award ceremonies we offer next-day delivery.
For all other assignments, we aim to provide your images to you within 1-3 working days after the event.
4 - How will you provide me with my images?
We shall email you a link to your online private, secure gallery. Here you can view all your images, download as many times as you want with the option to download in full high resolution files, or download a selection of various web-friendly lower resolution image files. Perfect for all media types, such as high resolution magazine repro, social media and the web. Here you can easily share the gallery with your customers, colleagues and media partners. Easily select the image sizes that best suit you.
5 - Can you provide other full time professional photographers for larger assignments?
Yes, we certainly do. We regularly provide a small team of full time and experienced professional corporate event photographers from our small niche network of colleagues in the industry. We know each other and regularly work together on large corporate assignments throughout the UK and Europe. We can confirm your booking once we know your requirements.
6 - How far do you travel for assignments and what fees are involved for travel?
We cover the whole of the UK and are often working abroad, mostly within Europe, but sometimes elsewhere such as in Asia. Appropriate expense fees apply for travel and the various expenses involved to provide the service. You’ll receive all costs involved in our quote.
7 - How early should photography be booked?
The earlier the better. Once you know who you want to photograph and service your photography, BOOK! We are often booked one year in advance. Avoid potential disappointment and secure your assignment booking for photography as soon as possible.
8 - Can you provide any references and samples of your photography.
Of course! You can read our Testimonials here. We take great pleasure in our portfolio and professional photography services. We are always happy to share our experience and that of our customers also to help future clients make well informed decisions.
9 - Do you have insurance cover and what happens if a problem is confronted with the photos or anything else, such as equipment during the shoot?
We are fully insured up to £5 million. In the unlikely event, rest assure we will do our utmost to help resolve any challenging situations both professionally and efficiently. Certification of our cover is provided upon request.
10 - Can you accommodate last-minute bookings, or changes to assignment schedules?
We always do our best to accommodate late bookings, or changes to schedules whenever possible. Communicate with us and we'll help to try find a solution that fits your needs.
